The pint-size clone is built on the underpinnings of the local market Maruti Esteem, which you may also know as the (old) Suzuki Swift, Holden Barina, Geo Metro and Pontiac Firefly, just to mention a few of the names that Suzuki's model has been marketed around the world.
Unfortunately, the resizing applies to all aspects of the car, including the engine, as power comes from an ancient 1.3-liter petrol unit rated for 85-horses. Still, something tells us that this model may gather as much attention on the road as the real thing – albeit for all the wrong reasons…
